LOOK MOM NO HAIR!!!!!

Wow it has been a while since I have been on my own blog. A lot has happened good and bad.. As one of my last posts my Uncle died of cancer and my mom was told she had cancer. Over the summer we dealt with the colon/rectal and she is doing amazing after her operation. Now we are tackling the double lung cancer. Chemo has kicked her in the butt and she is tried most of the time but has a great outlook and positive thinking about it all.. We had a great Christmas with her and are now moving forward..
   I told her from the beginning if she lost her hair due to her treatments I would shave mine.. Well here is a before pic..

I must admit the shape of my melon is not all that bad.. I did this to support my mom and others who are battling this awful disease. From my husbands Aunt, to the 8 year old little boy in my town, to the 3 year old boy on the island who's parents were told last week he has 3 months to live.. Cancer does discriminate at times I wish it did and no child would get it till they live their lives. But I guess that is not to happen. I will support all that has this awful disease. So to those who are battling know that each and everyone of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
  I hope one day this disease will have a cure and that it does not take all that long.

 With having a pretween in my house security is high on my list for him.. Most of us see in the news what can happen to our children that we allow on the net. With this program I have felt my child is safe on the internet and online social media.. It shows him what sites are safe and not safe.. It gives him the tools and me the sense of security that he is gaining knowledge and knowing what is safe for him and my family..
    This program which I did get to try for free is by far the best for my child and family. It took up very little space on my pc and was very simple to install..
   I hope if nothing else you will go over to their website and check it out for yourself. But in my opinion this one is most diffently a keeper for my family..

Cuisinart Smart Stick

 This is why I am a bzz agent.. The things I could do with the Cuisinart  smart stick.. I could once again become the cook I used to be before kids. Just the thought of having something to simplimfly my busy life would be amazing.. I am also teaching my 10 year old the art of cooking and this would help myself and him to make smoothies, dressing the possibilities are endless.. I would be jumping for joy and have an endless smile if I would get picked for this amazing campaign.. I might even try to do a backflip also. Oh wait a minute I am a bit old for that one but heck maybe the son would.. So PLEASE, PLEASE  pick my son and me for this amazing campaign..

OMG I USED A COUPON TODAY!LOL

 Wow it has been a long time since I have used a coupon I am thinking over a month. With mom being sick and work I have not had the time or interest to use them. But boy have I noticed how much I have spent without using them. I am in shock and truly need to start using them again...
  Does anyone else fall off the wagon of using coupons?? Or is it just me...

 I am taking this time to say sorry that I have not been posting on my blog. Life has taken some turns in my life that are not the best.. We found out my Uncle was full of cancer and only had two weeks left with us and then days later I found out my Mom has colon/rectal and lung cancer. To say the least my life is up side down at the moment. With my mom, family, work I never know weather I am coming or going. I hope as this unfolds that I can find the time to coupon and to start posting again. I know most of you will understand and I may loose some followers but that is what it is.. I do wish everyone that reads this a great summer and good health and if you could please get checked if there is something not just right.

Ok here are my May savings.. One month I will manage to post this soon. Lately I am finding with work and managing my house and yard work is getting to be a bit much for me. Couponing seems to be sliding for me..
